Jagex has confirmed RuneScape: Dragonwilds will be on Xbox Game Pass from day one on September 15, with the PS5 version joining PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium the same day. Switch 2 gets no subscription deal, just the digital standard edition.
Iron Gate says the 1.0 release is still on track and published an FAQ covering what changes: a $29.99 price, old saves that still work with caveats, and a same-day launch on PS5, Xbox and Switch 2.
The free fall update arrives September 15 with Legacy Seasons, which let you run an old season alongside the current one. First one back is Armor Ace and the Power Patrol in Cold Steel.
RuneScape: Dragonwilds hits 1.0 on September 15 across PC, PS5, Xbox Series and Switch 2, with the Scorned Wilderness raid closing out Kuldra's saga. Jagex has already said the post-launch plan spans years and aims at something far closer to an MMO.
