Foxhole's Update 66 goes live, and World Conquest 139 starts the same day

The patch landed on the promised date, with the Harpy heavy fighter for the Colonials, a redesigned Zealot for the Wardens, and weather stations that forecast storms for an entire faction. The new war starts today at 1:00 PM ET.

Foxhole's Update 66 is live, and it hit the August 18th date the studio committed to when it previewed what the patch would carry. It doesn't arrive alone: World Conquest 139 starts today at 1:00 PM ET, with its starting conditions viewable in-game at the State of the War Tent in the Home Region.

The Colonials get the Daimon aK-5 "Harpy," a heavy fighter with four anti-tank rifles in the nose and a 360º twin MG turret behind the cockpit. It's not the nimblest thing in the sky, but it takes punishment and carries more fuel endurance than the Toxot-902 "Blind Silver," which makes it viable on longer-range sorties.

On the Warden side, the Rinnspeir Mk. I "Zealot" comes back redesigned, with a bomb-bay style tail door, enlarged side doors, and new wings and engines. The stated goal is faster paratrooper drops, which was the specific complaint against the plane.

Weather Stations have a new job. Once two of them are linked into a network, they predict storms in far-off regions and share the forecast faction-wide; as a storm closes in, successful predictions reveal more, including its type, duration, peak intensity, and the area it will cover.

The rest is logistics and quality of life: Squad Storage at Refineries, a clearer ammo UI, more keybinding options, and tweaks to War Starting Conditions. Coastal Guns can now engage Large Ships, and a batch of aircraft fixes aims at making flying, scouting, and recovering planes less of a coin flip.

Anti-cheat and moderation improvements are in there too, with more of that work slated for Update 67, which sticks to the same refinement track. New content spread across the game waits for Update 68, the year-end update. Full notes are in the patch announcement.
