Warframe Brings Baruuk Prime and Revenant Prime Back Through Prime Resurgence

Digital Extremes has kicked off a new Prime Resurgence rotation: Baruuk Prime and Revenant Prime are available again and can be picked up directly with Regal Aya, no Void grind required.

Two of the Origin System's most beloved Warframes are back in rotation. Baruuk Prime and Revenant Prime are available once more through the current Prime Resurgence cycle, the program Digital Extremes uses to pull vaulted frames back out of storage. The difference from a standard Void unvaulting is straightforward: these are obtained directly with Regal Aya, with no relic RNG in the middle.

Who's Coming Back

Baruuk Prime is the frame for players who hold back until they can't anymore. His kit is built around restraint: calm the battlefield, disarm enemies, and let pressure build until it all comes out at once. He's one of the most satisfying picks for anyone who'd rather play with control than flatten a room in the first five seconds, and the Prime version keeps that identity with upgraded stats.

Revenant Prime plays the opposite game: instead of holding back, he takes. Born of Eidolon energy, he mesmerizes enemies, steals their strength and turns it into his own survivability. He's brutally hard to kill and one of the most comfortable picks for long missions or high-level content — which is exactly why he stayed relevant even while he was out of circulation.

Why This Rotation Matters

Prime Resurgence exists precisely so that a new Tenno doesn't get locked out of half a decade of content. Prime frames are upgraded versions of the originals, and once they're vaulted the only way in is player-to-player trading at prices that climb year over year. This rotation reopens that door, and for a veteran coming back after a break it's the fastest route to adding two top-tier frames to the Arsenal without weeks of relic farming. Full details are in the official Warframe announcement.

How Prime Warframes work, explained by the team.

Like every Prime Resurgence cycle, this one is temporary: once it closes, both frames head back into the Vault and go back to being a player-market problem. No end date has been announced yet, so if either of these was sitting on your wishlist, this isn't the kind of thing to leave for next month.
